Moving in is part of the price
Your clients, your treatments, your packages and the sessions people have already paid for. We do it with you, and it is included. How much comes across automatically depends on the system you are leaving, so tell us which one and we will say what is automatic and what we do by hand.

Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Stop whenever you like, and your records come with you in a form you can actually open.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Fourteen days, and we do not ask for a card to start. On day fifteen the software locks until you subscribe. Your records are kept either way, and you can export them whenever you like.
What happens if I stop part way through a month?
The month you have paid for runs to the end of its term and is not refunded in part. Nothing renews after that, and your records stay yours to export.
Is sales tax included in the two hundred dollars?
No. Several states charge sales tax on software, and where yours does it is added to the invoice on top of the subscription.
What if a payment fails?
You keep full access for seven days, we tell you, and we give you a way to pay. Nothing is switched off inside that week.
What does a second location cost?
Another two hundred dollars a month, the same as the first. Each location keeps its own calendar, its own team and its own numbers, and you move between them without signing out.
Do you charge per person?
No. Front desk, nurses, consultants, a virtual assistant and you. Add all of them. Hiring somebody never costs you more here.
Do you process our card payments?
No, and we take no percentage of what you sell. Keep whatever processor you already have at the rate you already negotiated. The software records what was taken and by which method, including financing at your lender's real fee, so commission comes out right.
Can we bring our existing clients across?
Yes, and it is the first thing we do. We do it with you rather than handing over a spreadsheet template and wishing you luck. It is included.
Who owns the data?
You do. It is your spa's record of your clients. We hold it on your behalf, encrypted, and we never sell it or use it for advertising. Ask for it back at any time.
What about our existing forms?
They stay yours. Consent and intake use your own wording, not a generic template, because the forms are part of how a spa protects itself.
